We’re proud to celebrate Ms. Anne Wight-Pellegrino as our Teacher Proud Tuesday award recipient!

Valley Park is proud to celebrate Ms. Anne Wight-Pellegrino, one of our dedicated Early Childhood SSD teachers, as our Teacher Proud Tuesday awardee. Ms. Wight-Pellegrino creates a warm, welcoming environment where our youngest learners feel supported, encouraged and valued each day. Her patience, positivity and commitment to helping every child grow make a lasting impact on students, families and staff alike.

One parent shared, “We have been so grateful for the impact she has had on both of our children. Midway through this school year, we realized our youngest needed additional support and began spending time in her classroom. Since then, his vocabulary, social skills and physical abilities have grown tremendously. She has played such an important role in his progress, and we are incredibly thankful to have her as part of his learning journey. She was also such a meaningful part of our older child’s educational experience, and it has been amazing to see that same care, patience and dedication continue to make a difference. Her passion for children and education is something our family will always appreciate.”

Ms. Wight-Pellegrino’s impact is felt far beyond her classroom walls. Through her kindness, dedication and genuine care for students and families, she helps create the supportive learning environment that makes Valley Park such a special place. We are proud to celebrate Ms. Wight-Pellegrino as our Teacher Proud Tuesday awardee and grateful for the heart she brings to our school community each day.

On the second Tuesday of each month, Missouri school districts recognize a Teacher Proud Tuesday honoree for making a difference in the lives of students.
